      HEALTH OFFICE:

      Nurse's Notes:

We are rolling out the Dental Wellness Program in collaboration with West River Family Dental.  Information should be mailed by the end of the month, but you can contact me if urgent care is needed.  This program is run regardless of insurance and ability to pay with thanks to the Stratton Foundation.  Please reach out if assistance is needed for insurance or dental care.

Also, there are several families that have yet to complete their "annual health questionnaire".  These are very important for me to be able to safely and effectively treat your child, both in an emergency, and for day to day ailments.  Please return these forms ASAP.

Thank you all!  Looking forward to a healthy year!
