Refuse to Use Survey:

The Collaborative is evaluating the Refuse to Use Program and needs your students input.  We are striving to build the program to be more inclusive to all youth and need your help!  We have created a 10 question survey for ALL 7th-12th grade youth regardless of past or current participation in the program.  For every 50 students that fills out the survey a name will be drawn for a $25 gift card to Dunkin' Donuts.   Participation in this survey will guide us in making positive changes for the Refuse to Use program in the future.  All student surveys are due by March 13th.

Food Resources:

Dear Parent or Guardian,

We are committed to making sure that all students have the tools they need to succeed, including good
nutrition to fuel their bodies and minds. That is why we are writing to you, to let you know of food resources in
your area that, if needed, you and your family can access throughout the year, including during school breaks.
Many of these resources are working to offer healthy and local food. Most of these are free, though some may
have specific criteria to be eligible. We encourage you to access these resources should you need them. To
obtain additional information, please see attached resource list and contact the organizations directly if
needed. Thank you.
